Lot prices include grid power by SaskPower and a 2 kW grid-tied solar power system - enough to run all your kitchen appliances and some of your entertainment systems. The system is expandable.

On completion of the home the homeowner is eligible to receive a provincial government rebate of 35% of the value of the grid-tied solar power systems. This is approximately $7500 - the cheque will arrive about three months after the system has been installed and connected to the grid. This rebate is available until March 31, 2011.
