Sun Plans has many designs that would be very suitable for building on site and we will build on site almost anywhere in Saskatchewan. Plans can also be modified, or custom designed to meet your requirements. The house designs have entrances from various compass directions, but all have extensive windows on the south side to keep the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
The Four Seasons 2 is a beautiful two-story home that fits the width and length restrictions of an RTM home but does not meet the height recommendation. However, moving costs may still be reasonable, depending on your location.

RTM HOME PLANS:
Some Sun Plans designs can also be built as Ready-To-Move (RTM) homes. RTM Homes are restricted in size to 36 ft wide by 87 ft long if they are to be moved anywhere in Saskatchewan, Alberta or Manitoba. The same size restrictions may also apply for other locations (British Columbia is limited to 14 ft wide) - just check with us. If the house is also less than 18 ft in height it can be moved quite economically. Two story homes above this height recommendation are also possible, but would probably cost more to move, depending on the route to be followed, due to the necessity of dealing with power lines across the route.
