Sunview

The Sunview is a slightly modified version of the prototype home, which was built as an RTM and has a crawlspace. The Sunview is four feet longer than the Prototype, to allow space for stairs to the basement.

Based on the original Sunview plan, this design is built on a slab with radiant floor heating and features a double car garage with bonus room above. The front of the house faces west, so an angled wall and window in the front door afford a view of the countryside across the street.

Gardenview

Designed for a city lot this home looks out over the back yard. Featuring large living room and a family room in the basement, this home was designed to provide plenty of room for a young family.

Riverbend

The Riverbend was designed to nestle in the bend of the Saskatchewan River which curves around the west end of the home. The plan features views of the river from the southwest and northwest rooms.

Riverbend 2

Based on the Riverbend plan, this home features a large covered deck on the upper level west side, overlooking the river. A garage can be added, if desired.

Homestead

Designed for a beautiful north Saskatchewan acreage setting, this home has a great view to both north and south. There is an office on the main floor and large workshop area in the basement, as well as a cold room and spare room.

Student Residence

This building was designed to house 6 students or visitors but it would also make a great cabin at the lake if you have a large family or lots of visitors. It features passive solar design, with the front facing south, and a central great room and kitchen.

Prairie Spring

Designed for entertaining, this bungalow plan features a large living room and sunroom with hot tub. The basement has a 3 bedroom suite for extra revenue.

Northview

This home was designed for an acreage with the best view to the north, overlooking the lake. With plenty of south windows for passive solar design the north side of the home also features a great view without compromising the passive design.
